About this template
This template set includes an Individual Audit Quality Checklist and a Summary.
The Individual Audit Quality Checklist is to be used on each audit which is being subjected for a review. The checklist is aligned to the template Audit Manual available via this website, and aligns loosely to the Internal Auditing Standards. The checklist provides an overall score and can help determine what areas of the audit file failed and need further improvement.
The Summary document collates all the Individual Audit Quality Checklists which then provides an overall score and whether or not audits have been performed in accordance with the Internal Audit Manual. The summarised results can then be used and presented in Audit Committee decks and as part of the Internal Audit Evaluation.

This template has been designed so that it aligns to our template Internal Audit Manual which is available in this store. This template should be updated to reflect your own Internal Audit processes and Internal Audit Manual.
