About this template
Large audit teams need to ensue engagements are appropriately planned and allocated sufficinet resources to ensure that all audits are delivered according to the audit plan.
This tool is similar to a gantt chart, in that it presents when each audit is to be performed throughout the year. Additionally, it shows which team members have been allocated to which audits. Lastly, as this presents a day by day view, team members should be encouraged to use this template to present when they are taking leave or holidays. This helps ensure management have oversight of what is happening, when and where the team currently is.
Things to be careful about
Always check the dates, and make sure public holidays have been factored into the template. You may also which to allocate office shut down periods or 'down time'.
