Before using our website and any of our templates, tools, or resources, its important that you have a read through all of our legal information below.

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns for refund or exchange.
 

Refunds and Exchanges

My Audit Spot does not offer a refund or exchange for any of its products or services. If you experience an issue in downloading or receiving your digital file, you must first email us within 24 hours of completing the transaction at hello@myauditspot.com to inform us of any issues. Where the file has not been received and payment has been made, My Audit Spot will try alternative methods to deliver the file.

My Audit Spot does not offer any refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, no longer requiring the product, the product does not meet expectations or any similar reason. As all templates and products can be viewed for free in PDF format, users should be aware of what the product looks like and should make an assessment as to whether or not it is fit for purpose prior to making any purchase.
