So, first of all, who are “we”?
Sheena and Julia; we are both Associate Directors in a specialist corporate governance recruitment agency. We communicate with senior leaders across internal audit, ERM, compliance and external audit.
Starting our journeys at IAC as Senior Consultants, we have progressed our careers through turbulent Covid times, personal challenges, and those moments of imposter syndrome and insecurity that we all have. As market leaders in internal audit, risk and governance, female Directors in a growing business, and managers of a team of consultants, we will share our own stories as the podcast continues… what else?
